DIRECTIONS
Garden State Parkway
Take the Garden State Parkway South to exit 151, Watchung Avenue. Proceed on Watchung (going West) approximately 4-5 miles. You will go through a small shopping center and a railroad crossing. Bare right under trestle (still on Watchung Avenue). You will cross Valley Road (traffic light) and go to blinking light. At blinking light turn left onto North Mountain Avenue. Proceed on North Mountain Avenue about 1/2 mile. Van Dyk Manor is on the right.
Take the Garden State Parkway North to exit 151. Make a left at top of ramp onto Watchung Avenue. Proceed on Watchung (going West) approximately 4-5 miles. You will go through a small shopping center and a railroad crossing. Bare right under trestle (still on Watchung Avenue). You will cross Valley Road (traffic light) and go to blinking light. At blinking light turn left onto North Mountain Avenue. Proceed on North Mountain Avenue about 1/2 mile. Van Dyk Manor is on the right.
Route 280
Take exit at 8 A or B depending which direction you are going. Take Prospect Avenue exit, Cedar Grove/Montclair. You will pass Pal's Cabin on your left. If you don't pass Pal's and you see Essex Green Shopping Center on your right, you are going the wrong way! Continue on Prospect Avenue, passing "The Manor" and Montclair Country Club on your left. At Bloomfield Avenue, turn right and continue on Bloomfield Ave. to No. Mountain Avenue (Montclair Art Museum will be on right corner). Turn left on No. Mountain Avenue and go one block, crossing Claremont Ave. After crossing Claremont Ave., our facility is second building on left. Lord Essex Garden Apartments are on corner.
